These terms govern your use of the Cobble House Studios website and any digital products purchased directly from Cobble House Studios. By using the website or purchasing a product, you agree to these terms.

Digital products

Our products may include tabletop role-playing games, adventures, supplements, maps, tokens, pixel artwork, sprites, tilesets, and related downloadable materials. Product pages describe the files, formats, compatibility, and license supplied with each purchase.

Licenses and ownership

Cobble House Studios retains ownership of its products and intellectual property. A purchase grants you the specific license identified with that product. Unless the product license expressly permits it, you may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, upload, or make the original files available as standalone assets or competing products.

Accurate use and compatibility

You are responsible for confirming that a product meets your technical and creative needs before purchase. We make reasonable efforts to describe supported formats and compatibility accurately. References to third-party software, engines, platforms, or game systems do not imply ownership, sponsorship, or endorsement.

Purchases and fulfillment

Prices and availability may change before an order is completed. Payments, receipts, tax handling, and transaction support may be provided by our checkout provider under its applicable terms. Product support and fulfillment questions remain the responsibility of Cobble House Studios.

Acceptable conduct

You may not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt its operation, or use our materials in a way that violates applicable law or the accompanying product license.

We may update these terms as the studio and catalogue evolve. The effective date above identifies the current version.
