These terms govern your use of the Cobble House Studios website and products purchased directly from us. By using the website or completing a purchase, you agree to these terms.

Physical products

Apparel and other printed goods may be made to order by a fulfillment partner. Product pages describe the garment, available choices, sizing information, and estimated fulfillment. Screen settings and manufacturing can cause small differences in color or placement. You are responsible for choosing the correct size, color, quantity, and delivery address before payment.

Digital products

Digital products may include tabletop role-playing games, adventures, supplements, maps, tokens, pixel artwork, sprites, tilesets, and related files. The product page identifies the included files, formats, compatibility, and license.

Licenses and ownership

Cobble House Studios retains ownership of its artwork, products, branding, and other intellectual property. Buying a physical product does not transfer rights to its design. A digital-product purchase grants only the license identified with that product. Unless that license expressly allows it, you may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, upload, or make the original files available as standalone assets or competing products.

Purchases and fulfillment

Current prices, taxes, shipping charges, and the final order total are shown before payment. We may use service providers to process payment, produce an item, ship an order, deliver a download, or prevent fraud. A physical-order change or cancellation is not guaranteed after production begins.

Compatibility

You are responsible for confirming that a digital product meets your technical and creative needs before purchase. We make reasonable efforts to describe supported formats and compatibility accurately. References to third-party software, platforms, engines, or game systems do not imply ownership, sponsorship, or endorsement.

Acceptable conduct

You may not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt its operation, or use our materials in a way that violates applicable law or the accompanying product license.

Changes

We may update these terms as the studio and catalog evolve. The effective date above identifies the current version.
