This policy explains how Cobble House Studios handles information associated with this website, customer support, and direct product sales.

Information we receive

We may receive your name, email address, support messages, order details, selected products and variants, delivery address, phone number when supplied for delivery, shipping or tracking information, and photographs or descriptions submitted with an order issue. Our website and commerce providers may also process technical information needed to operate the site, prevent abuse, calculate taxes and shipping, and complete transactions.

Payments

Payment-card details are handled by our payment provider and are not stored directly by Cobble House Studios. The provider may share limited customer, order, tax, fraud-prevention, and transaction information with us as needed to fulfill and support a purchase.

Production and delivery

For a physical order, we share the product choices and contact and delivery information needed by our production and shipping providers to make, address, track, and support the order.

Order-issue photographs are stored privately and used to review the customer's case. When needed to support a qualifying production or shipping claim, relevant details and photographs may be shared with the production or delivery provider.

Anonymous website analytics

We use Cloudflare's privacy-focused website measurements to understand which pages and product options are useful and whether the site is working well. Our store events use a random token that lasts only for the current browser session. They do not include your name, email, address, payment details, full IP address, or full browser identifier, and we do not set a persistent advertising or identity cookie for this measurement.

When you begin a physical-product checkout, the same anonymous session details and the exact product route may be attached to the order so we can understand which store page led to the checkout. A completed purchase is recorded only after Stripe verifies payment through its signed server message; browser analytics cannot mark an order paid, fulfilled, or shipped.

Social platforms

If you interact with Cobble House Studios through Facebook, Instagram, or another social platform, that platform processes information under its own terms and privacy policy. Following a link to our website makes this policy apply to information we receive through the site.

Sharing and retention

We share information only with service providers and professional advisers who help operate the business, or when required by law. We retain it only as long as reasonably necessary for fulfillment, support, accounting, security, and legal obligations.

Your choices

You may ask to access, correct, or delete personal information held directly by Cobble House Studios, subject to obligations that require us to retain certain records. Requests concerning a provider's independently controlled data may need to be directed to that provider.
