Shipping Policy

Effective September 2, 2026

This policy applies to physical products purchased directly from the Cobble House Studios website. Digital products are delivered electronically and are not shipped.

Made-to-order production

Apparel and other physical goods are made after an order is placed. Most paid apparel orders are reviewed and submitted to production within 1–3 business days. Production commonly takes another 2–5 business days before shipment. Product pages and checkout will provide the current estimated production and delivery information available for the selected items and destination. Estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Shipping charges

The complete shipping charge is shown before payment. Compatible products may share one base shipping charge plus the applicable additional-item rates. Products made or packed separately may add another base shipping rate. Merchandise discounts do not reduce shipping or tax unless expressly stated, and Cobble House Studios does not add a separate handling charge.

Multiple-item orders

You can combine up to 10 product choices and 20 total items in one checkout. Some items are made or packed at different locations, so one order may arrive in separate packages on different days. Tracking is provided for each package when available.

Address responsibility

Please review the complete shipping address before submitting an order. Contact us immediately if it is incorrect. Once production or shipment has started, an address change may be impossible. Additional production or shipping charges caused by an incorrect or incomplete customer-provided address may be the customer's responsibility.

Lost or delayed packages

Contact support@cobblehousestudios.com if tracking stops updating, a parcel appears lost, or a delivered parcel cannot be located. Include the order number and shipping address, but do not send payment-card details.

Launch territory

The initial made-to-order apparel collection is intended for supported United States delivery addresses only. Checkout will decline destinations outside the supported area.
